Waiver, Release of Liability & Studio Policy Agreement

1. Assumption of Risk

I acknowledge that participating in activities at Prana Yoga Healing Collective (hereinafter referred to as “the Studio”), including but not limited to yoga, infrared yoga, sound healing, salt therapy, Reiki, and massage, involves inherent risks. These risks include, but are not limited to, physical exertion, physical contact, exposure to infrared heat, sound vibrations, and potential allergic reactions to salt.

I understand that these activities may result in physical injury and I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation.

2. Health and Medical Conditions

I affirm that I am in good health and do not suffer from any medical condition that would prevent my safe participation in the activities offered by the Studio.

I agree to inform the Studio of any changes in my health or medical condition that may affect my ability to participate in these activities.

3. Waiver of Liability

In consideration of being allowed to participate in the activities at the Studio, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Prana Yoga Healing Collective, its owners, employees, instructors, therapists, and agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me while participating in these activities or while on the premises of the Studio.

4. Indemnification

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Studio, its owners, employees, instructors, therapists, and agents from any and all claims, actions, suits, procedures, costs, expenses, damages, and liabilities, including attorney’s fees, brought as a result of my involvement in these activities and to reimburse them for any such expenses incurred.

5. Payment & Expiration

All memberships, class packages, and individual sessions must be paid for in advance. The Studio accepts various forms of payment, including credit/debit cards and electronic payments.

Class packages have an expiration date, which will be communicated at the time of purchase. Unused classes will not be refunded or extended beyond the expiration date.

6. Studio Policies

Classes

• $18 drop-in classes

• If you cancel your class, you will receive a class credit (valid for 14 days) instead of a refund

• If you do not cancel your drop-in, the class is forfeited

Memberships & Class Packs

• Members are responsible for monitoring their membership renewal dates

• Cancellations must be made prior to renewal

• Once renewed, memberships may be canceled for the following billing cycle

Yearly Membership Exception:

• If canceled within 14 days of renewal, a refund may be issued

• Refunds will exclude the 3.5% processing fee

• Class packs cannot be extended once expired

Special Events

• Some events are included in memberships and follow standard class policies

• Paid special events require 24-hour notice for cancellation to receive a refund

• Refunds will exclude the 3.5% processing fee

Please note:

Teachers may prepare materials in advance based on attendance. This policy helps prevent waste and allows others the opportunity to attend.

Cancellations & No-Shows

• Cancellation window is 4 hours prior to class

• This allows time for waitlisted clients or others to join

• Failure to cancel: $5 no-show fee

• Late cancellation (after window via message/email): $3 fee

I understand that the booking system does not allow cancellations within the 4-hour window, and fees will apply accordingly.

Class Enrollment & Attendance Policy

At Prana Yoga Healing Collective, we are committed to fostering a vibrant and supportive community environment. To ensure the highest quality experience for both students and instructors, the following policies apply:

• All classes require a minimum of two (2) students enrolled in order to proceed

• The Studio does not offer private, one-on-one sessions through regular class scheduling

Registration Window:

• Students may sign up for classes up until the scheduled start time, provided minimum enrollment is met

Low Enrollment Procedure:

• If a class has one (1) or no students enrolled one hour prior to the scheduled start time, registration will close

• If only one student is enrolled, they will be notified via email that the class has been canceled

• If no students are enrolled, the class will be canceled without notice

Studio Etiquette & Punctuality

• Phones are not permitted in classroom spaces to maintain a focused and intentional environment

• Students are expected to arrive on time

Please note:

There is a 5-minute grace period after class begins. After this time, doors will be locked and class will be in session. Entry will not be permitted once the class has started.

Age Policy

• Students 18 and older may attend independently and sign their own waiver

• Students ages 16–17 may attend with parent/guardian consent, and a parent/guardian must sign this waiver

• Students 15 and under must have a parent/guardian present attending class with them

Final Policy Agreement

All policies are final and without exception. By signing below, I acknowledge and agree to all studio policies outlined above.

7. Photography & Media Release

I grant permission to the Studio to use my likeness in photographs, videos, or other media for promotional purposes without compensation. I understand that these images may be used across social media, websites, and printed materials.

8. Acknowledgment of Understanding

I have read this Waiver, Release of Liability, and Studio Policy Agreement and fully understand its terms.

I acknowledge that I am signing this agreement freely and voluntarily, and intend by my signature to be a complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law.
