I found yoga in 2018 while looking for a way to manage stress, and over time it became much more than that—it became a way to reset, refocus, and reconnect. I began teaching in 2020 and have been sharing that practice with others ever since.
My teaching blends strength, mobility, and breathwork in a way that’s practical and accessible for everyday life. I especially enjoy incorporating balance and inversions, while always offering options to meet you where you are. Whether you're stepping onto the mat for the first time or returning to your practice, my goal is to help you move better, feel stronger, and stay grounded. I believe yoga should be supportive, approachable, and adaptable to each individual. In my classes, you can expect a welcoming environment, thoughtful progressions, and space to grow at your own pace.
Outside of yoga, I enjoy spending time behind the screen—whether that’s creating music, gaming, or editing.
